Ecotime AB is searching for a Marketing and sales manager.

Job purpose

 To market and sell Ecotime services and products through internet and the use of other channels, using a range of tools and techniques, increasing company turnover and profitability. 

Key accountabilities

• Responsibility for developing and updating a coherent, feasible and cost-efficient marketing plan
• Delivering marketing activities according to the market plan
• Continous development and customisation of our marketing activities towards our target customer segments.
• Keeping the company website updated with new offers, customer stories and other material.
• Monitoring website traffic and customer requests data as feedback for the development of marketing activities.
• Administration and development of cost-efficient Adwords marketing campaigns
• Development of new services and products that can be tested and rolled out throughout the organisation.
• Collection of structured customer feedback for development of our services and quality in delivery.
• To spot business opportunities and develop them to the level where they can be tested and rolled-out in production.

Competencies required

We are searching for a person with 5-10 years of experience in internet marketing, with

• advanced level of ability to apply working practices & approved methodologies with the use of relevant tools, technologies & techniques to deliver solutions
• excellent ability to express thoughts and ideas both verbally and in writing and to prepare and deliver marketing materials, both for online use and in other channels
• a high level of resilience, self-management and self-control
• an analytical mindset with an ability to break a complex problem, process or project into its component parts, and to make systematic comparisons and judgements of different features or implications. 
• experience of mail advertising, adwords, and webcontent authoring
• skills and experience in graphical design of online materials
